The school campus, prevails the main old-and tall-tree of banyan tree (Ficus bengalensis) with other trees, nutritional garden with midday meal, exhibited an enriched faunal diversity comprising small mammals, reptiles, toads, small birds and insects. Midday meal in a school depends on quality and supply of healthy foods which are depend on the habitants in the school environment. The rats were spoiling the foods for mid-day meal, rooms, important documents and materials in the school. Once the bats in the banyan tree began to make the school building dirty by their excreta. Different pests significantly reduce food production in the nutritious kitchen garden in school. The pesticides are the most effective means of control, but they are expensive and not environment friendly. To move forward, it will require new and more efficient solutions, technologies, products and it has to fulfill all requirements. Our best endeavor is to focus on the barn owl (Tyto alba Scopoli) which may have important economic implications for school environment as well as agriculture in future. Observations on the dietary habits and behaviors of the barn owl occupying a wooden nest were recorded in September 2018-February 2019 at school. During six months of observations, total consumed animals of barn owl, are analyzed from the regurgitated pellets; rats, mice and moles remained the highest as owls dietary proportions (58.13%), bats (13.57%), mongoose (10.41%), squirrels (8.89%), small birds like babblers etc (6.32%), insects (2.22%) and others animals like toads etc (0.47%). Due to mid day meal within the school campus and owl's clear vision during the night, it preferred to consume a variety of rodents inhabiting the kitchen stored as well as school campus. Food grains of mid day meal attracts rodents resulting a rapid increase of rats and mice but the presence of owl compel them to run away from the premises and they become guards for the cleanliness of the school. It can, therefore, serve as a useful "Healthcare Bio-Controller" i.e. Biological Bird of Prey. Their breeding helps to escalate the vegetation system of the school area and made the ponds clean; directly emphasized the ecosystem. Evidently, the barn owl would ensure a substantial management of ecosystem for better growth of economically important crops and their management in agriculture, horticulture as well as pisiculture also. And improves midday meal by supplying quality vegetables also and it would not only be easier way, easily available, cheap but also conserve our biodiversity and improves school environment which will contribute towards "Sustainable Climate, School Health and Development with Joyful learning environment". They are also opening a path of research for the students of our school who are observing them closely. The past two decades have seen several viral-epidemics, causing great loss of human lives. The recent COVID-19 epidemics emerge as serious-global-threat to human civilization, public health, agriculture, travel, socioeconomic, education and even clinical research also. It has no specific therapeutics, and effective treatment options. Though the middle and upper classes are able to manage, but the low income households are really suffering. So Government of India wants to reorient the COVID-19 crisis by developing policy initiative. So it is focused on the consumption of nutritious as well as traditional medicinal weed vegetables and fruits, for preventive measures against human-diseases which are naturally infected with different pathogens caused diseases and significantly decreasing food production. Though pesticides are the most effective means of control, but they are costly and not environment friendly. So, it is emphasized on the multiple-intercropped weed vegetables fruits plants of the 4 plants species viz., amaranth, cucumber, cowpea, and okra plants, and determines the effects on pathogens infected diseases; Root Knot and Mosaic Virus. After harvesting, of these 4 plant species, amaranth and cucumber received maximum infection, forming the “Eco-Friendly-Highly-Economical-Potential-Biomedicines-Cover-Catch-Weed-Vegetable-Fruits-Crop-Plants”, conserving “Biodiversity-Conservations-Sustainable-Climate-Health-Development-Green-Socio-Economic-Implications-Agriculture”, though all are highly susceptible to pathogens and the farmers would be double benefited; by controlling diseases, and by marketing. In biomedicines, weed-vegetables fruits OR the plant-Mosaic-Virus has been developed as antigenic epitopes derived from the vaccine targets-COVID-19 infectious epidemic disease agents, and the chimeric virus particles, use in vaccine formulations or treatments, as one of the most-powerful cost-effective emergency-healthcare-easily-available safe-edible prepare-able easy-applicable future-personalized-potential-biomedicines act as “Preventive-Measures and Safe-Alternative-to-Live-Replicating-COVID-19-Vaccines”, by increasing our natural-immune system, which is one of the milestone events amidst many important changes in the past decade that have necessitated formulation of a new-outlook and strategy for preventing-“Future-Pandemic-Pathogens-of-21st-Century-Advances-Research-Diagnosis-Treatment-Control-Enriching-Food-Security-Biodiversity-Agriculture-Green-Socio-Economy-Medical-Science-and-Technology-Communication-Applications-Innovation-Issues”, based on the theme “Vision 2040” that would help policy-makers.

The pandemic-COVID-19 adverse effects on the environment, travel, education and clinical research, and the global health of humans and animals, and the impact on human-civilization, agriculture, global socio-economy, and damage brain-tissue or long term neurological-disorder, with more than 88-million infections and more than 1.8-million death of human lives. Recently the application of vaccine starts, but its proper efficacy, longevity, cost-effectiveness, allergic-toxic-reaction, and chance of reinfection due to new variant and mutation, are not still known. Though the middle-and upper-classes are able to tackle, but the economically poor-households, the marginalized in the Purba Bardhaman district, and groups like senior-citizens and street-children and animals, are badly affected still now. So in this paper students act as a 21st-century preventive-pandemicCOVID-19 model, improving advanced-clinical-toxicology, biomedicines, green-socio-economy, and science-technologyinnovations-communication by boosting community immunity or herd-immunity, and developing policy-initiative social strategies issues, removing the adverse effects of chemicals on living organisms and clinical studies in all areas of toxicology.
