“…Results of dielectric constants indicated gradual decrease when measured at higher frequencies. This can be attributed to dipole mobility reduction where the dipoles are not sufficiently mobile to displace at the same pace as the frequency of the applied electric field exceeds the relaxation frequency . Dielectric loss generally results at a high value when a relatively low frequency is applied (interfacial polarization) and at a low value when the frequency increases.…”
