Energy Efficient Tri-State CNFET Ternary Logic Gates

Abstract: Traditional silicon binary circuits continue to face challenges such as high leakage power dissipation and large area of interconnections. Multiple-Valued Logic (MVL) and nano-devices are two feasible solutions to overcome these problems.
