The development of information technology in this digital era has prompted numerous changes in many aspects of life, notably in the field of libraries, that are necessary to satisfy the demands of librarians to locate information easily, quickly, and precisely. OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog), often known as Online Catalog, is a website-based catalogue system used to search for information on library materials so they may be accessible whenever and wherever. One of the academic libraries that have used the Online Catalog is Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" East Java. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence online catalogue user satisfaction using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model approach with two additional independent variables, System Speed and System Reliability. End-User Computing Satisfaction is one of the methods used to evaluate the overall system for user satisfaction. Proportional stratified random sampling was employed as the sample collecting method in this study, with a total of 303 respondents. The research data obtained from the questionnaire results were processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Based on the results obtained, accuracy, format, and ease of use are the three factors that have a positive and significant effect. In addition, the most influencing factor for Online Catalog user satisfaction is the format.

Universitas di Indonesia semakin berkembang terutama pada fasilitas teknologi informasi untuk mendukung proses perkuliahan. Salah satunya pada Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang memiliki sistem informasi F-Learn untuk menunjang proses perkuliahan dan mencakup 14 Fakultas didalamnya. Penelitian bertujuan agar mengevaluasi juga menilai tingkat kepuasan user terhadap sistem informasi yang akan digunakan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan pada pengguna terhadap Sistem Informasi tersebut. Objek yang sedang diteliti ini adalah sistem informasi F-Learn di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). Riset ini didasarkan pada pentingnya evaluasi terhadap perkembangan sistem yang telah mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Metode yang akan diterapkan didalam penelitian yaitu End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), yang mencakup lima variabel bebas, yaitu content (isi), accuracy (akurasi), format (tampilan), ease of use (kemudahan penggunaan), dan timeliness (ketepatan waktu). Terdapat 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan F-Learn dengan penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form dan kuisioner secara langsung di lokasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan seluruh aspek tingkat kepuasannya berada pada kategori puas. Evaluasi perlu dilakukan untuk mencapai kategori sangat puas sehingga mutu pelayanan dapat mencapai titik tertinggi dan memuaskan pengguna.

IDS Education is an online course application. users or users can follow the various classes available in the application. These classes have a variety of class choices offered and the class learning is fully online making it easier to do learning anywhere and anytime. to maintain a positive image of the application, a usability evaluation of an application display and user comfort in using the application is made. The evaluation aims to measure the level of satisfaction for users of the IDS Education application. there are two methods used, namely End-User Computing Satisfaction and PIECES. Both methods are used to find the level of user satisfaction. the End User Computing Satisfaction got a score of 4,498 with a very satisfactory level of user satisfaction. and for the PIECES method to get a score of 4.38 with a very satisfying level of user satisfaction. besides that, it also uses the PageSpeed Insights tool to assess the performance of the homepage on the IDS Education application. The Performance value obtained on PageSpeed Insights is 78, this shows that the homepage has a pretty good Performance.
