Vsualproject is a business unit of Visi Prima Group which is located in Gresik, a business engaged in software development. In working on the project, the Vsualproject is required to complete the task on time as well as under the customers' requirement. Current management processes were still done manually which consist of recording in the Whatsapp application chat group. In a software development project, it is also necessary to develop the desired interests to find out whether it is under the organization' demands and needs. Keeping notes in the WhatsApp chat group makes notes frequently disappeared and the search process was more complicated about who requests the development process. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can help Vsualproject to manage projects and provide services to their customers with the project monitoring feature. The system was developed using the Scrum pattern Agile development method which was carried out during the four-cycle sprints. The results of the development of the system were tested by the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system meets the user's requirements. The result of this study produced a project management system that can be used by internal users of Vsualproject management projects includes managing the stages, payment, and project’s works. The system can also be used by customers to monitor projects through a web profile without asking for special access rights.
Masyarakat merupakan pemegang kepentingan utama dalam penyelenggaraan e-government. Namun demikian, dalam konteks penelitian e-government, orientasi terhadap masyarakat masih belum banyak dieksploitasi karena sebagian besar proyek e-government hanya mentransformasi layanan dan informasi yang semula masih tradisional menjadi menggunakan teknologi. Model-model penilaian kematangan e-government yang sudah ada pun sebagian besar hanya mengukur kemampuan teknologi e-government. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan penilaian kematangan e-government yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai fokus utamanya. Faktor-faktor kematangan didapatkan melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif grounded theory. Objek penelitian adalah layanan e-health dan Surabaya Single Window (SSW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga faktor yang diukur dalam penentuan kematangan e-government yang berorientasi kepada masyarakat, yaitu lembaga, interaksi, dan layanan online. Model ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif alat penilaian implementasi e-government yang lebih komprehensif karena mengukur dari tiga sisi, yaitu lembaga pemerintah, interaksi pegawai pemerintah dengan masyarakat, dan layanan e-government yang disediakan. Society is responsible for implementing e-government. Nevertheless, the context of research on e-government, orientation to society has not been exploited due to numerous projects which are only transformed service and information from previous traditional users to technology. Most of existing models of e-government was only used to determine the ability of the government. Therefore, it is necessary to develop maturity assessment of e-government placing society as major focus. Its factors are derivable from qualitative research approach of ground theory. The objects of research were e-health and Surabaya Single Window (SSW) services. The results of the study indicate that there were three factors measured in determining maturity of e-government oriented to society; the factors are institution, interaction and online services. This model could be used as more comprehensive alternative to assessment tool of e-government implementation because it measured three aspects, namely, institution, interaction of employees and provided e-government services.
<div style="text-align: justify;"><p><em>The emergence of several technical problems related to the availability of adequate functional features, led to the need for an analysis of the website performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library, so that the website's performance was in line with user expectations. This research analyzes the website of the UPN "Veteran" East Java Library UPT website using the Webqual 4.0 method, aiming to find out the website indicators that need to be maintained and improved performance. The analysis is carried out referring to the Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality parameters, where each parameter consists of indicators. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, with website users as respondents. The method of data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The results showed that the overall performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library website was sufficient to meet user expectations. However, it was found several indicators that need to be improved by the website manager, namely: ease of understanding website navigation, attractiveness of Website appearance, and the availability of information on websites that are easy to understand.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Performance; Importance-Performance Analysis; Usability; Information Quality; Service Interaction Quality</em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Munculnya beberapa permasalahan teknis yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan operasi fitur-fitur fungsional secara memadai, menyebabkan perlunya dilakukan analisis kinerja <em>website </em>UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, agar kinerja <em>website</em> sesuai harapan pengguna. Peneltian ini menganalisis website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur menggunakan metode <em>Webqual</em> 4.0., bertujuan mengetahui indikator <em>website</em> yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Analisis dilakukan mengacu pada parameter <em>Usability</em>, <em>Information Quality, </em>dan <em>Service Intteraction Quality, </em>dimana setiap parameter terdiri atas indikator. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah <em>proportionate stratified random sampling,</em> dengan responden pengguna <em>website</em>. Metode pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode <em>Importance-Performance Analysis</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kinerja <em>website</em> UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur sudah cukup memenuhi harapan pengguna. Websites is important for services industries, such as hopitals, because it help to deliver the information of services provided by the hospitals to their customers. However, Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya has not measure the performance of its website yet. Several studies related to measuring the success of information systems in hospitals use the Delone and McLean model as a measuring tool. Those researchs have a vary results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya website and to understand the factors that influence it by adapting Delone and McLean success model. Respondents of this researh are 130 website visitors. The data obtained through questionnaires were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Out of nine hypotheses proposed, only three can be accepted. This research prove that system quality and service quality affect user satisfaction and that usage affects net benefits.
AbstractCIRM (Citizen Relationship Management) has an important role in the government because it puts citizen in the best interests. So far the implementation of e-government only focused on the technology assimilation process. Since existing egovernment maturity assessment models only measure the ability of e-government technology, they lack in consideration towards citizen needs. Therefore an e-government maturity assessment model is developed by incorporating elements of CIRM. The model was developed through a grounded theory qualitative study approach. The object of this research is egovernment application owned by the city of Surabaya. This research developed CiRM oriented e-government maturity model consisted of organization, interaction, service and citizen insight dimensions. This model then was use d to assess the maturity of CiRM oriented e-government implementation of Surabaya Single Window (SSW) online service.
