“…The forum was co-facilitated by a physician and a non-physician in an effort to establish the collaborative nature of the clinician/patient interaction. The forum utilized a variety of approaches including presentations, group discussions, trigger videos, a 20-page orientation guidebook (Tran, Haidet, Street, O'Malley, Martin, & Ashton, 2004).
