Objective:The research was carried out to determine the relationship between the emotional intelligence levels of midwifery students and their entrepreneurial tendencies. Materials and Methods: The research was designed as a cross-sectional study. The research was conducted with 122 midwifery students between May and July 2020. Data were collected by researchers questionnaire, Emotional Intelligence Scale and University Students Entrepreneurship Scale. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis were used to evaluate the data. Results: The mean age of the students participating in the study was 20.92±1.82. In the study, the average score of the students on the Emotional Intelligence Scale was 3.84±.06, and their emotional intelligence was determined as moderate. The mean score of the University Students Entrepreneurship Scale is 129.96±20.54, and it can be said that they have a high level of entrepreneurial characteristics. In the correlation analysis made in the research, a positive and significant relationship was found between the emotional intelligence levels of the students and their entrepreneurship. Conclusion: As the emotional intelligence levels of the students increase, their entrepreneurial characteristics increase.
