Resumen: La Ingeniería de Requerimientos (RE, por sus siglas en inglés) es uno de los procesos más importantes durante el desarrollo de software y su correcta ejecución afecta en gran medida el éxito del producto desarrollado. El objetivo general de este proceso es entender con precisión el problema que se pretende resolver. Las actividades de la RE requieren un alto grado de interacción y comunicación entre todos los involucrados. Múltiples factores afectan este proceso, destacando el aspecto social y emocional de la persona, que no son considerados comúnmente por técnicas de educción tradicionales. El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar factores sociales y humanos no cubiertos durante el proceso de educción y que puedan afectar negativamente el éxito del producto. Lo anterior, mediante un proceso de revisión sistemática sobre fuentes bibliográficas reconocidas por la comunidad científica siguiendo el enfoque de tres grandes actividades descritas por Barbara Kitchenham.Palabras-clave: Ingeniería de Requerimientos, Factores Sociales, Educción. Social and human factors that affect the requirements elicitation process: a systematic reviewAbstract: Requirements engineering (RE) is one of the most important phases during the software development and its proper execution greatly affects the developed product success. The overall objective of the RE is to understand accurately the problem that it is intended to solve. RE activities require a high degree of interaction and communication between all stakeholders. Multiple factors affect this process, highlighting social and emotional aspects of people, which are not commonly considered by traditional elicitation techniques. The objective of this work is to identify social and human factors that are not covered during the elicitation process and they may negatively affect the product success. The review process was carried out on bibliographic sources recognized by scientific community following three major activities described by Barbara Kitchen approach.

Abstract-Software is no longer a passive tool, but is an active agent in shaping modern communities. Yet, to date, software engineers do not endeavour to explicitly state requirements which a software system must fulfil if it is to positively contribute to the well-being (that is the social sustainability) of its user community. This paper presents a proposal on how to bridge this gap. It notes that social sustainability requirements stem from key societal values, such as equity, security, education, which can be elicited into value patterns. Such patterns can then serve as templates for software requirements specification. The viability of this proposal is demonstrated through formation of equity value patterns, which are instantiated as requirements to 6 sample studies. We observe that while each organisation and sub-community will have own diverse cultural and traditional values with respective requirements, the fundamental notions (such as equity, security, freedom) that serve as the core of social sustainability remain relatively stable. It is such values that we propose to elicit into patterns for requirements specification.

SUMMARYThe goal of software testing should go beyond simply finding defects. Ultimately, testing should be focused on increasing customer satisfaction. Defects that are detected in areas of the software that the customers are especially interested in can cause more customer dissatisfaction. If these defects accumulate, they can cause the software to be shunned in the marketplace. Therefore, it is important to focus on reducing defects in areas that customers consider valuable. This article proposes a valuedriven V-model (V 2 model) that deals with customer values and reflects them in the test design for increasing customer satisfaction and raising test efficiency. key words: V-model, test design, value-based software engineering, customer value, customer satisfaction
