Electrochemical Oxidation of Derivatives of Dibenzodiazepin. Dibenzothiazepin and Dibenzoxazepin

Abstract: ASSTRACT Clozapin exhib its two anodic waves at> 1 M H"SO.,b ut at lower acidities only the first two-electron 2 4 •' wave remains.Cyc1ic voltommetry shows an ECE mechanism.-4 Reversib i1ity cecreases at>1C M concentrations,due to formation of an adsorptioo film.In nonaqueous solveib ts two irréversib le one-electron waves appear.Clothiopin and lox opin are more difficultly oxidized and can b e measured in the présence of clozapin. 1217
