“…However, the activity of such electrode is not enough to use them as electrodes in PEM electrolyzers. Even when Pt films with roughness factor up to 30 sputtered on porous Ti support were used as cathodes or anodes of PEM electrolyzer the current density reached only 0.3 А/сm2 at 1.62 V (85 C) what is about 1.6 times less in comparison with current density for Pt black applied by more traditional technology [21,22].
