Electrical resistivity of the cobalt-rich Co-Fe alloys

Abstract

The electrical resistivity of the cobalt‐rich CoFe alloys is measured up to 10 at% Fe concentration from 4 to 300 K. The results show nontrivial effects of the iron dilution on the resistivity due to structural transformations. In addition, it is found that the residual resistivity varies with the heat treatment.
