“…The effect of high temperatures on Trichoderma storage was also tested by Küçük and Kivanç (2005), but they were unable to recover colonies after six weeks storage at 30ºC. On the opposite, experiments run with alginate encapsulated mycelia showed that radial T. harzianum (ThzID1) development was better when inoculated in slit loamy soil and incubated during 14 days at 24ºC than at 15ºC (Knudsen and Bin, 1990). Their differences with our results could be explained on the different Trichoderma strains and type of soils used for experiments, because formulations did not differ significantly.…”
