“…Las tecnologías de la información (TI) se han extendido en la vida cotidiana de una manera sin precedentes (Abdel-Aziz et al, 2016), por lo que acceder a estas tecnologías es un requisito muy importante para relacionarse de forma activa y eficaz (Tello, 2007).
