The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is a diverse region that is experiencing economic growth and increased non-communicable disease burden. This paper aims to evaluate the current regulations, dietary recommendations and research related to whole grains in this region. To do this, a systematic literature review was carried out and information was collected on regulations and dietary recommendations from each member state. The majority of publications on whole grains from the region (99 of 147) were in the area of food science and technology, with few observational studies (n = 13) and human intervention studies (n = 10) related to whole grains being apparent. Information from six countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) was available. Wholegrain food-labelling regulations were only noted in Malaysia and Singapore. Public health recommendation related to whole grains were apparent in four countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore), while recent intake data from whole grains was only apparent from Malaysia, The Philippines and Singapore. In all cases, consumption of whole grains appeared to be very low. These findings highlight a need for further monitoring of dietary intake in the region and further strategies targeted at increasing the intake of whole grains.

Dewasa ini berkembangnya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif namun dinilai belum efektif dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran yang sifatnya benda/mesin serta jarang ditemui oleh siswa khususnya pada bidang materi perkapalan di SMKN 10 Padang. Adanya media AR Ensiklopedia Maritime Ship akan menyuguhkan materi jenis perkapalan yang seolah nyata dengan benda yang dipelajari. AR Ensiklopedia Maritime Ship dikembangkan untuk menjawab tantang revolusi industri 4.0 dalam dunia pendidikan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan R&D dengan menggunakan model ADDIE pada tahap penelitian Shop ini dibatasi tanpa mencapai langkah implementasi (praktikalitas). Media ini dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis android dalam pembelajaran. Bentuk dari media ini akan menyuguhkah materi tentang jenis perkapalan di Indonesia dalam bentuk tiga dimensi yang nyata dengan berbantuan buku bergambar sebagai marker. Media ini dibutuhkan oleh guru dan siswa sebagai inovasi pembelajaran kemaritiman serta mengatasi masalah perbedaan karakteristik belajar siswa yang berbeda-beda serta menjawab tantangan guru di era pendidikan revolusi industri 4.0.

This research aims to get web-based learning media with a valid, practical, and effective on subjects the basic computer and network. This web-based learning media designed to improve the understanding of students thus increasing the learning results. This research uses research methods Research and Development (R and D) with 4-D development procedures (Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate). Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques for describing validity, practicalities, and web-based learning media efetivitas. The results obtained from the research of development: (1) the validity of a web-based learning media declared valid on aspects of media and materials, (2) a web-based learning media practicalities based on the response of teachers and students expressed very practical, (3) the effectiveness of web-based learning media declared effective in improving learning outcomes.
