ABSTRAKKerusakan lingkungan yang terjadi di area perkotaan dapat memicu munculnya berbagai masalah kesehatan.Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang berisiko lebih tinggi terjadi di perkotaan adalah Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).SLE dapat menimbulkan masalah psikososial, salah satunya ketidakberdayaan.SLE juga dapat memengaruhi hubungan pasien dengan keluarga atau pun orang terdekatnya.Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini berutjuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan dengan masalah ketidakberdayaan pada pasien dan keluarga pasien dengan SLE.Penulis melakukan asuhan keperawatan yang berfokus pada ketidakberdayaan dan penurunan koping keluarga selama delapan hari.Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa tanda dan gejala ketidakberdayaan pada pasien sudah berkurang.Namun, kondisi penyakit Bapak S yang memburuk menyebabkan masalah tersebut muncul kembali. Di sisi lain, keluarga pasien sudah lebih mampu dalam merawat pasien. ABSTRACTEnvironmental damage that occurs in urban areas can lead to a variety of health problems. One health problem that has a higher risk in cities is Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). SLE can cause psychosocial problems, one of which is powerless. SLE can also affect the patient's relationship with the family or the closest person. The Final Scientific Work Ners aims to describe nursing care with problems of helplessness in patients and families of patients with SLE. The author carries out nursing care that focuses on helplessness and decreases in family coping for eight days. Evaluation results indicate that signs and symptoms helplessness in patients has diminished. However, the deteriorating condition of Mr. S's disease caused the problem to reappear. On the other hand, the patient's family is better able to care for the patient.

This paper reviews information on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) in children. Children with this chronic illness often experience pain related to their condition. They also can experience social isolation. This paper reviews psychosocial information on peer support and cognitive behavioral pain management strategies. The information presented in this paper provides new insights for health professionals assisting children and families in coping with psychological facets of this disease. Research focusing on ways by which peers and friends can support the child's use of psychological pain management strategies will provide new information for the literature.

Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease with potential variety and severity of manifestations and unpredictable course present challenges and repercussions in all arenas of life. The aim of the current study was to evaluate the impact of education program on self-care agency and self-Rated abilities among patients with systemic lupus erythromatosis at Mansoura university hospital. A quasi experimental research design was utilized. Setting, the study was conducted at Rheumatology and Immunology outpatient clinic at Mansoura University Hospital, Egypt. A purposeful sample consisting of all patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) without any organ damage who registered at the rheumatology and immunology unit during the period of the beginning of August 2019 to end of December 2019. Three tools were used in data collection; a structured interviewing questionnaire, Self-Rated Abilities for Health Practices Scale (SRAHP), and Exercise Self Care Agency scale. Results, revealed that one third of studied subjects fall in age group from 30-40 years old, most of them were female and more than half of them were married in addition to more than two fourth of patients had disease for more than 4 years. Related to educational program there were positive impact on self-rated abilities for health practices and self-care agency after implementation of the education program. Conclusion Application of the education program through Self-care interventions has positive impact on improving self-care agency (SCA) and self-rated abilities for health practices that permitting patients to integrate mutually social support and self-care activities. Recommendation; Continuous education programs for patient with systemic lupus erythematosus in order to improve their health status, independence and self-care activities, and replication and expanded studies are also needed.
