The emergence of the Covid-19 virus caused concern around the world in the fields of health, economy, social, politics and education. In the field of education, learning that was previously carried out in classrooms cannot be done temporarily. So that an alternative emerges in the learning method carried out, namely by implementing online and offline learning policies. This online learning is carried out in various countries in the world by utilizing online technology. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of online learning that has been applied in various Asian countries. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with literature and empirical approaches. The data obtained comes from several government regulations, studies of national and international journals and phenomena that occur in the field. The results suggest that online learning conducted in Asian countries has the impact of accelerating the transition and reformation in learning are not yet perfect, so it requires cooperation of all elements of education to support the implementation of online learning.

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk melihat seberapa jauh pemahaman orangtua dan anak tentang pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi. Seberapa mampu peran orangtua dalam memberikan pemahaman dan pengertian pada anak tentang pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat mereka harus menjalani aktivitas di rumah. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini diharapkan juga mampu menambah pengetahuan para orang tua untuk bisa lebih baik dalam menyikapi tentang permasalahan yang dialami oleh anak usia dini dalam menghadapi pandemi. Orangtua juga diharuskan memiliki rasa empati dan lebih memperhatikan emosional anak, karena peran orangtua juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas emosi dan mental anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara yang diberikan kepada peserta Webinar "Bincang Asyik" yang mengangkat tema tentang Menjaga Stabilitas Mental Anak Bagi Orangtua Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19, yang dilaksanakan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik dengan pembicara Yasa Griya Sejati, M.pd selaku dosen di prodi tersebut. Dalam proses penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 orang peserta dengan diberikan 20 pertanyaan yang harus mereka isi di kuisioner yang telah di sediakan. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut mengungkap beberapa hal berikut : 1. Anak merasa aktivitasnya dibatasi karena harus terus berada di rumah selama pandemi. 2. Beberapa anak mengeluh ingin pergi ke sekolah dan kembali belajar dengan teman-teman sebayanya. 3. Orangtua merasa sedikit kesulitan karena harus menyediakan kegiatan yang kreatif dan menyenangkan untuk membuat anak tetap bisa belajar di rumah dengan baik.

Nowadays, Education in family becomes an attention in COVID-19 pandemic. Parent’s role is being tested in covid-19 pandemic that surge this country, still giving the early age right for education. Strengthening parent’s role is needed to give understanding to early age about pandemic that being epidemics today, importance to stay at home in order to be save and not to be contracted and contract the virus. Besides need in education, there is another thing that parent must be pay attention that is health factor, need for child’s food and drink, psychological serenity, child’s comfortable when study and play at home. Through descriptive study approach with ten parent who have child age 4-6 years old as respondents through questionnaire and interview by applying protocol in new normal, got the results: 1. there were two of ten parent who can adapt with the role as educator for their children an able to make comfort when giving lesson to child at home. 2. two of ten parent are able to make good communication among father, mother and teacher at school while learning from home. 3. The ten parent are agree with online long distance learning for the sake of break of chain transmitting of covid-19.
