Along with the development of technology, a set of abilities is needed to master the 21st-century skills which are often referred to as 4C, namely Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and Innovation. The purpose of this research is to develop online web learning with ethnomathematics content on self-regulated learning. The development model in this research is to develop online web learning with ethnomathematics content on KPK and FPB material for elementary schools with the Lee and Owen model design (2004). The development model consists of (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. After discussing the findings, this study produces several conclusions. First, in order to achieve learning outcomes and learning objectives, content from the etomathematics aspect is needed in the KPK and FPB materials so that students do not only get mathematics but understand how elements of local culture can foster a love for local culture. Second, to foster student interest, it requires the use of images, audio and video more than text. Third, applications can be used to support learning. This is due to the limited time that the researcher has. In the future, products that have been made large group trials and tests on student self-regulated learning.

Supporting factors in the learning process are needed: technology that is able to improve the quality and quantity of learning and is able to help teachers understand students' interest in learning social studies. Technology that can help teachers and students to use media. Finding out how technology may help students succeed in social studies was the focus of this research. Teachers and students both stand to benefit from increased access to and usage of technologically advanced instructional materials. In this research, a literature review method was used. Grounded theory research, which in this case investigates the use of technology in social studies education, is conducted with the overarching goal of comprehending ideas that ultimately constitute theory. The findings of this research suggest that educators and their students may benefit from making better use of technology in the classroom. Educators' willingness and skill in using learning models to further education must keep pace with technology's fast improvement.

The Development of Children's Story Website as Social Studies Learning Media for the Grade Four Elementary School Students

Based on the results of pre-research in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation conducted in the fourth grade of SDN Karanganyar 01 Semarang, it was found that the learning resources used by teachers were still limited and not varied. Teachers have not integrated technology into learning activities that should be implemented to support the success of 21st century learning skills. This study aims to develop and test the viability of children's story websites as social studies learning media in the grade four of SDN Karanganyar 01 Semarang. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with the Borg and Gall development model. The instrument for data collection is in the form of a questionnaire validation sheet. Henceforth, the quantitative data was analyzed using criteria guidelines with assessment categories to determine the quality of the developed product. The validation results by the media expert validator get a percentage score of 87.5% in the very viable category, the validation results by the material expert validator get a percentage score of 95.3% in the very viable category and the validation results by the linguist get a percentage score of 95.3% in the very viable category. Based on the acquisition of the resulting data, it can be concluded that the children's story website as a social studies learning media for the grade four elementary school students is viable to use or valid.
