“…Para a extração das moléculas eliciadoras de S. cerevisiae, foi utilizada levedura de panificação (fermento biológico Fleischmann, AB Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos Ltda., Jundiaí, SP), em tabletes de 200 g dissolvidos em 1 L de água destilada (Wulff & Pascholati, 1999). Para melhorar a extração e solubilização das moléculas eliciadoras, a levedura foi submetida à autoclavagem a 121°C, conforme Bonaldo (2005).
