Efeito da aplicação dos extratos vegetais na pré-colheita em uva cultivar Bordô

Abstract: Objetivou-se avaliar a eficácia da aplicação de diferentes extratos vegetais na qualidade pós-colheita em uvas orgânicas de cultivar Bordô (Vitis labrusca). Para a preparação dos extratos foram utilizadas as folhas secas de gervão (Stachytarphetta cayenensis) e de capim-limão (Cymbopogon citratus); folhas frescas de pau d'alho (Gallesia integrifolia) e resíduo de vinificação (pó) proveniente de uva cultivar Isabel (Vitis labrusca).
