Objetivo: analisar as reflexões mobilizadas com os profissionais, por meio da formação em serviço em Centro de Atenção Psicossocial. Métodos: pesquisa-intervenção pautada no referencial da Análise Institucional, que envolveu 12 profissionais de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial em uma capital da região Centro-Oeste do Brasil. Realizaram-se cinco encontros de formação em serviço, pautados na Educação Permanente em Saúde. O conteúdo da transcrição dos encontros e do diário do pesquisador passou por análise de conteúdo temático. Resultados: Emergiram duas categorias: “Resistências e dificuldades que impactam na formação em serviço e no trabalho interprofissional”; “As ressonâncias instituintes no cotidiano de trabalho e a importância do Projeto Terapêutico Singular a partir da formação”. Os movimentos de resistência, as relações hierárquicas, a centralização do cuidado no saber/poder médico e no medicamento, como principal terapêutica, são práticas instituídas. Em contrapartida, há forças instituintes em direção ao trabalho colaborativo, integrado e interprofissional, que tencionam para mudança e transformação da instituição de saúde mental em instituição de atenção psicossocial. Conclusões: Espaços coletivos de formação possibilitam o olhar para o mundo do trabalho, como campo de aprendizado e conscientização acerca das condições ocupacionais e dos movimentos instituintes de mudança de práticas mobilizados no cenário de trabalho.

Matrix support in mental health in primary care: the vision of supporters and nurses

Objective: To understand the view of supporters and nurses on matrix support mental health actions in Primary Health Care. Method: A qualitative and phenomenological study, with Alfred Schutz’s framework of phenomenological sociology. The study was conducted with five supporters and 22 nurses from Basic Health Care Units in the city of Porto Alegre. The participants' intentions and expectations, captured through a phenomenological interview, made up the corpus of analysis. Results: The supporters have the intention, given the actions of the matrix support, to improve mental health care for the user. On the other hand, the nurses expect support to the health units, which reveals nonconformities in the mental health practices instituted in the basic network. Final considerations: Knowing the motivations of supporters and nurses can be a powerful strategy for consolidating public policies with a view to the psychosocial way in the territory.

Group Technology in Psychosocial Care: A Dialogue Between Action-Research and Permanent Health Education

Objective: to discuss the process of Permanent Health Education conducted with professionals working in Psychosocial Care Centers, on using Group Technology in psychosocial care. Method: this is an action-research where 66 workers from 29 mental health services in a Midwestern Brazilian using Maguerez Arch as data collect strategy. Data was presented according to the chronology of the gathering meetings and discussed from Freire's conception of problematizing education. Results: the participants identified “the lack of knowledge about what group dynamics is and how to use it properly” as a problem to be addressed, having the following as causes: low adherence of users to group activities; poor worker competence in conducting and planning therapeutic groups; little theoretical mastery on group dynamics; inadequate handling of silence and group techniques. The following themes were chosen for theorization: motivation, participation, communication, planning, group structuring and coordination, use of techniques and group experiences. In the action phase, the participants built 16 proposals for interventions, 13 related to the construction of learning spaces and three to the reorganization of group service practices. Conclusion: using the action-research method in this process of Permanent Health Education allowed workers and their teams to exercise critical analysis on working with groups, as well as to become aware on the restrictive aspects of this practice, which led them to find more effective ways for using group technology in mental health care.
