The impact of New Technologies on writing proccess is not new at all. This digital revolution first resulted in the appearance of new text formats and the development of an ad hoc literary theory. In Angloamerican area, this revolution made philologists and patrimonial institutions reflect on the necessity of developing formats of study, edition and perennial conservation of these new formats of digital texts. What is the reason for such a delay in these disciplines that can be observed in Europe? Why can we say that digital forensics and media archaeology (Kirschenbaum) are not trasnational disciplines?
