E‐Government Technology Transfer: A Case Study of the Implementation of a European Patent Management System in Brazil

Abstract: Summary In order to bolster the emerging but still underdeveloped conceptualization of e‐government technology transfer, we examine the implementation of a European Patent Management System in Brazil.
