Dynamics of Mental States’ Representations in the Conditions of Experimental Influence

The relevance of the researched problem is caused by the fact that being one of the least adapted and socially unprotected groups, young people bear the impress of general social uncertainty, lack of confidence and uneasiness, as a result of it, drug addiction problems among young people are pushed into the forefront among socialpedagogical and psychological-pedagogical problems. The purpose of the presented article consists in theoretical reasons, development experimental and research check of a complex of the pedagogical conditions providing efficiency of primary prevention of drug addiction among students of a higher education institution. The leading method to a research of this problem is the modeling method that enables to consider this problem as a purposeful and organized process of creation of the pedagogical conditions necessary for effective primary prevention of drug addiction among students of a higher education institution. The complex of the pedagogical conditions providing efficiency of process of primary drug abuse prevention is presented in the article. It consists of the pedagogical analysis of the reasons of a drug abuse, detection of specifics of a drug abuse of youthful age, the choice and use of the methods and agents of primary prophylaxis of a youth drug abuse, development of a special course for training of specialists which are carrying out activities for prophylaxis of the drug habit at educational organizations. The complex of pedagogical conditions is focused on the process organization of drug abuse prevention among students and focused on development of methodical ensuring process of training of the teachers who are carrying out activities for drug abuse prevention in educational organizations. The materials of article can be useful to teachers of higher education institutions and colleges participating in the organization and carrying out preventive measures of a drug addiction, and also to the listeners, graduates of military academies, and practical staff of Department of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation who are interested in drug addiction problems.

Structural-Level Psychological Concept of Self-Regulation of Successful Professional Activity of a Person

The relevance of the research problem lies in the determination of the foundations of structural-level concept of self-regulation of personality in realization of professional activity and possibilities of its interpretation in the practice of management. The goal of the article is in the description of component and structural-level constituents of the self-regulation psychological system of successful professional activity, development of the concept of "successful self-regulation of professional activity" on the basis of the explication of the relations between levels of the system. The leading approach and methodological basis for the study of this problem is the systemogenesis concept of professional activity, the concept of self-regulation and implicit theories of professional success of personality. The theoretical background for the design of psychological structural-level regulation system to achieve success in professional activities and the grounds for its level structure are revealed in the article; a methodological apparatus for the diagnosis of successful self-regulation of professional activity is developed, reliability of the theoretical model of the structural-level concept of self-regulation is proven. The experimental part of the study describes the structure and levels of psychological system of self-regulation of successful professional activity, the content of which meets the basic positions of the psychological theory of professional activities. The article can be used in the context of professional coaching for career growth and professional development of managers and specialists in the sphere of management.

Iteration as a Regulatory Function of Education Management

The external and internal environment's high turbulence in the education system and its entity's activity make the measures taken and development programs insufficiently productive, which reduces the education social impact and its economic productivity. The authors believe that the management of education development requires flexible adaptive mechanisms creation capable to preserve the system's functional in a varieties environment. The iteration allows solving this task, as a control function, consisting in regulatory mechanisms controllable connection in case of the criterion parameters deviations in functioning from established norms. The iteration possibilities in achieving the education target results at all levels are shown, which allows implementing the established mission projection of the higher education system. Iteration realization gives an understanding of the deviations nature, education risks identification, which allows timely adjustments in the development path. The paper is intended for researchers, heads of managerial educational structures.
