Abstract: AbstrakMasalah utama yang dihadapi perawat di Indonesia adalah masalah kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sistem jenjang karir merupakan salah satu cara meningkatkan kualitas perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.
