Diseño, aplicación y evaluación de un programa de educación emocional en un centro penitenciario

Abstract: Introducción. El propósito de este estudio ha sido evaluar la incidencia que, sobre un grupo de internos de un centro penitenciario, ha tenido la aplicación de un programa de educación emocional para la mejora de la conciencia y la regulación emocional. In our case, EI also improved, with a special emphasis on emotion regulation, such as in the study by Filella et al (2017).
