The analysis of MSTN gene expression at the mRNA transcript level to identify the role of the MSTN gene in producing the double-muscled trait has been reported (Kambadur et al, 1997;Oldham et al, 2001) that MSTN mRNA was higher in double-muscled than normal cattle.…”
