Direito, sociedade e comunicação: um exame do anteprojeto de lei da mídia democrática no Brasil

Abstract: Este artigo contextualiza a dinâmica dos movimentos sociais pela democratização da mí-dia no Brasil contemporâneo, que culminou na formulação de um anteprojeto de lei que, desde o ano de 2012, busca coletar 1,4 milhão de assinaturas para ingressar no Parlamento como projeto de lei de iniciativa popular.
