During the COVID-19 pandemic, society has undergone significant changes with implications for employee values and job satisfaction. As a reflection of social needs, corporate social practice is also changing compared to before the pandemic. This paper examines the perception of corporate social practices by personnel and their impact on staff satisfaction. The empirical study carried out in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan allowed the authors to identify social practices that influence the level of personnel satisfaction with professional activity before and after the pandemic. The research determined general tendencies and differences in the perception of social practices with the most significant personnel satisfaction in the period before and after the pandemic. The authors also developed recommendations that should be taken into account when forming corporate social practices. The study’s novelty is the investigation of an empirical relationship between the levels of satisfaction with professional activity and implemented social practices in the period before and after the pandemic. The research found that the tendencies in Russia and Kazakhstan are similar to the global trends. Employees before the pandemic were highly satisfied with their activities and corporate social responsibility practices. After the pandemic, when society is disconnected and individualized, employees are focused on material security, and social practices have no significant influence on staff satisfaction. The paper offers recommendations for companies to implement appropriate social practices for the common interests of employers and staff.

Households play one of the key roles in the development of the financial system of any country and the national economy in general. It is the understanding of the behavior of these economic entities in the market of financial services that makes it possible to predict the development of such a market, to understand the mechanisms of the emergence of dissipative processes in the interaction of households and financial institutions, which can form crisis phenomena in the development of such a system and restrain the innovative development of the national economy. This determines the importance and relevance of further research in this direction. Within the article, the impact of modern digital technologies on the development of financial services, in particular financial behavior of households, in the conditions of the formation and active development of the innovative economy is considered. Significant attention is paid to the specification of the methodology for determining the impact of the digitization index and the index of the model transformation of financial behavior of households. It is established that the outlined models are specific and different between various regions in any country. That is why the above method of calculation was used on the example of Ukraine. As a result, information was obtained on the digitalization index, and the transformation index of the financial behavior model of households in twenty-four regions of Ukraine. Based on the use of econometric analysis, algebraic equations of the dependence of the transformation index of the model of financial behavior of households on the digital technologies development in each of the outlined regions were determined.

Digital innovations significantly affect the security of the financial sector of Ukraine, Latvia, and the world, and transform financial services. Financial innovations such as mobile money, pe er-to-peer or market-based lending, robot advisors, insurtech, and cryptocurrencies have emerged around the world. Over the past decade, financial technology has contributed to the access, con venience, and security of financial services for retail users. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and other technologies are being transformed into wholesale markets in a variety of areas such as trading in financial markets, regulatory and supervisory tec hnologies (regtech and suptech). Many new firms have emerged to deliver new technologies to meet consumer demand, and most officials point to the fact that digital transformation is a strategic priority for the financial sector. The purpose of the article was to substantiate the need f or the development of digitalization of the financial sector, analysis of digitalization and security trends, identify areas for further management of consumer expectations of financial products and services. Constant innovation and new technologies in the financial sector , on the one hand, undermine the market and pose threats, and on the other hand, open up many financial opportunities to prosper. The pace of change in financial services is only increasing, as is the need for industries and businesses to respond to them. This paper assesses the steady growth of new business models and technologies emerging in the world and Ukraine in the financial sector.
