Digital Tools for Adapting Corporate Wellness Programmes to the New Situation Caused by COVID-19: A Case Study

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives completely: social distancing, confinement, telework and above all, negative consequences on our mental and physical health caused mainly by increased physical inactivity and sedentarism. Up to 34% of employees were doing telework during lockdown in Spain, and 30% remained working remotely even afterwards.
