In recent years, the public has begun to pay attention to the compensation gap of executives, in such a background of social reality, this researcher conducts a systematic review of the executive compensation gap (horizontal gap and vertical gap) and its impacts on the company through the review and summary of the empirical studies of Scopus Indexed journal articles for the last decade of 2013-2022, then this study figure out the literature trend in this research area in the last decade, summarized how the literature measure executive compensation gap, then reviewed the impact of executive compensation gap can have on company (company performance, risk management, innovation ability, audit fees and other aspects), and at last summarized the findings and put forward the suggestion for future researchers. Such research fills the gap of a systematic review of the executive compensation gap and its impact on companies and provides the company compensation plan maker with practical evidence.

In the age of globalization, technology has emerged as a pervasive force reshaping various sectors, including education and organizational management. However, despite its transformative potential, the effective implementation of digital leadership remains a challenge. This study aims to investigate the current level of digital leadership among school leaders in Perak. A quantitative approach was used with an adapted questionnaire. A total of 97 primary teachers were selected randomly and involved in this study. The findings revealed that the overall level of digital leadership among school leaders is high, indicating great potential for integrating digital technology into teaching methods and administrative processes. This suggests the importance of investing in developing digital leadership skills among school leaders to encourage ongoing innovation in education. It also highlights the need for further exploration of digital leadership strategies for school leaders. In conclusion, this study offers practical insights for improving teaching practices and organizational management in the digital era, aiming to drive positive change and innovation in Perak's schools.

Digital leadership is vital for companies in a constantly evolving technological environment, where the adaptability of leaders is essential to face changes. To better understand this topic, a bibliometric study was conducted that examined publications on digital leadership from 2018 to July 2023. Scopus was used, complemented by tools such as RStudio, VOSviewer, and Microsoft Excel. The findings show that the field has undergone changes lately due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A movement toward digital transformation and technology leadership was observed. The most influential journals, prominent authors and geographical distribution of publications were identified. The United States, Germany and China all stood out in terms of the number of publications and citations. In addition, nine groups of industry sectors related to digital leadership were identified. The pandemic has led to increased interest in online learning and decision making in crisis situations. The results offer an updated view on digital leadership and highlight its relevance in organizations. In addition, qualitative studies are suggested in areas such as blockchain technology, climate change, digital skills, industry 4.0, municipal administration, and virtual skills. In summary, this study contributes to the advancement and understanding of digital leadership in various contexts.
