Dietary acrylamide intake and risk of breast cancer: The Japan Public Health Center‐based Prospective Study

Abstract: Acrylamide forms during cooking and is classified as a probable carcinogen in humans, mandating the need for epidemiological studies of dietary acrylamide and cancers.
