Dielectric properties of polymer composites with TlInSe2 semiconductor filler

Abstract: The dielectric properties of polymer composites on the basis of polyethylene and polypropylene with TlInS 2 semiconductor filler are investigated. It is shown that the changes in these properties that were observed are caused by polarization processes occurring on the polymer-filler interface.
