“…On the other hand, interfacial polarization is more sensitive in the low frequency range of 1 kHz and it may extend to few kHz range [25], since only atomic polarization (10 10 -10 13 Hz) and electronic polarization (f≥10 13 Hz) become effective at high frequencies. Therefore, in such high frequency range the contribution to dielectric constant is small enough to be ignored.…”

“…5 O 2 thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition technique was found exhibiting characteristics that nominate it as negative capacitance field‐effect transistors. [ 20 ] From another point of view, based on our current investigation, altering the content of Ag in AgMn alloys resulted in some structural and electrical modification that allowed tunability in the dielectric responses. Earlier studies which targeted variation of Ag content in the alloys have shown that rapidly solidified (by melt‐spinning in an Ar atmosphere) AgMn alloys with a high Mn concentration can exhibit enhanced antiferromagnetic features.…”

“…Dielectric constants ( r   , r   ) and dielectric loss ( tan ) of Tl-based high temperature superconductors (HTSCs) were found to depend strongly on operating temperature and frequency of external applied ac-field [6]. Negative capacitance (NC) phenomenon was observed in Cu 0.5 Tl 0.5 Ba 2 Ca 3 Cu 4y Zn y O 12δ (y = 0, 3) superconductor at different frequencies and temperature [13,18]. Effect of oxygen post-annealing on superconductivity and dielectric properties of Cu 0.5 Tl 0.5 Ba 2 Ca 3 (Cu 4y Cd y )O 12δ was investigated [19].…”
