This article presents the results of research conducted on a sample of a financial organization business leaders to identify the key scales of the motivational space that determine labour activity. The research used a motivational task procedure (Strizhova, Gusev, 2013), which evaluates a person's field of motivational objects and reconstructs their motivational space. The conditions for the solution of a motivational task are realized in Motivation Map method. The diagnostic procedure places a list of motivation objects in a 2-dimensional graph space of evaluation scales. As a result of multidimensional scaling of the data obtained, empirical scales of labour activity motivational space were obtained:

The purpose of the research to be conveyed is to find the influence between the variables in this paper between independent variables and dependent variables. This study used a survey method. Testing the proposed hypothesis involves the use of statistical expressions or structural models suitable for causal analysis. В статье рассматриваются вопросы психологии подчинения. Дается психологическая характери-стика нормативам подчинения, исторически закрепленным в моральных кодексах и юридических источниках. Предметом анализа выступают исторические нормативные акты XII-XX вв., обычаи, в которых зафиксированы нормы подчинения, а также мемуарная литература. Выделяются четыре основные психологические линии развития правил подчинения в истории, в частности: специальная регламентация норм подчинения и повышение социальной значимости роли подчиненного. Обо-сновывается, что психологическое принятие роли подчиненного и удовлетворение от ее исполнения включает требование специальной регламентации норм подчинения и акцентирование на социаль-ной значимости роли подчиненного. Установлено, что одной из причин того, что удовлетворенность трудом работников государственных структур выше, чем работников частных компаний, является большая определенность схем отношений с руководством. Иерархическая роль рассматривается с точки зрения двух ее компонентов: атрибутики роли и норм-правил поведения. В статье акцентиру-ется внимание на том, что индивидуальные внешние знаки, фиксирующие статус подчинения, повы-шают уровень самоуважения подчиненного.Ключевые слова: социальные роли, иерархические роли, подчинение, регламентация поведения. П сихология подчинения как предмет научного ис-следования стала востребованной еще в начале ХХ в. Исследовались вопросы соотношения господ-ства и подчинения, свободы воли и приспособления, воздействия лидера на массы, подавления личности и др. [1; 27]. На данном этапе развития психологии в литературе наиболее активно изучаются вопросы манипулирования подчиненными своим лидером (руководителем), вопросы психологии влияния как руководителя на подчиненных, так и подчиненных на руководителя [4; 28; 29; 31; 32]. Подчиненный рассматривается также как элемент общей системы управления, как один из субъектов деятельности в этой системе [18]. В психологии менеджмента вос-требованы исследования не только по управлению персоналом, но и по регламентации поведения слу-жащих [22]; в военной психологии актуальны про-блемы воздействия на подчиненных в экстремальных ситуациях [10]; в психологии труда значимы пробле-мы мотивации труда подчиненных [20]. Вместе с тем, практически нет исследований, обосновывающих эффективность нормативов подчинения при осу-ществлении иерархических ролей. В данной статье предлагаются исторический и социально-ролевой подходы для изучения подчинения как способа эф-фективного взаимодействия в иерархической диаде.Рассмотрение направлений развития нормативов поведения подчиненного (зависимого) лица в истори-ческом аспекте позволяет выявить устойчивые про-дуктивные психологические механизмы регулирова-ния иерархических отношений, поскольку они прошли апробацию в течение жизни многих поколений людей.Иерархические роли -один из видов социальных ролей, наряду с семейными, межличностными, профес-сиональными, возрастными, гендерными и др.
