Feeding in the dry season affects the viability of the offspring and milk in the next lactation. In addition, proper feeding prevents heavy calving, metabolic disorders (paresis, ketosis, delayed litter, etc.), increases fertilization, and improves colostrums quality. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of nutrition on nutrition, metabolic disorders, and reproductive function in cows after calving after nutrition of nutriCAB (encapsulated calcium chloride). The effect of feeding NutriCAB (encapsulated calcium chloride) in the period of late dryness on dairy productivity, metabolic disorders and reproductive functions in cows after calving is investigated and the zootechnical and economic efficiency of such feeding is determined. The study was conducted on 44 dry cows. Dry cows received NutriCAB starting at 21 grams per day at 130 grams / head / day. The results of the studies have substantiated the need for late cationic anion-tonegative (DCAB) rations with NutriCAB, which contributes to hotel relief, reduced metabolic abnormalities, improved health and reproductive performance. Late-dry cationic anion-to-negative diet (DCAB) rationing with NutriCAB makes it easier to calve, reduce metabolic abnormalities, improve the health and reproductive function of cows, get faster milk yields and provide stability. The introduction of the NutriCAB product to cows in late dryness significantly lowered the urine pH after 5 days. The use of anionic salts in rations of dry cows at the current price is economically feasible. Mainly by reducing the costs of post-partum metabolic disorders, as well as the positive trends in feed intake, increased animal productivity, reduced length of service, and more efficient conversion of feed into milk.

The study of metabolism in cows, depending on the physiological state, conditions of retention and feeding at different seasons of the year is a necessary condition for directed action on their reproductive capacity and productivity. The season of the year significantly affects on the change in the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin content, hematocrit, and a total blood amount of cows, despite of their breed. These indices are the lowest in the winter.The goal of the work was to study the hematological profile of dry cows in different seasons of the year.Materials and methods. Studies were conducted on cows of the Bos taurus Holstein cows with milk productivity of 5-6 thousand kg for lactation during the physiological course of the dry period (day 11 to 53 of gestation) in different seasons of the year.Hematologic studies were performed according to the following indicators: (erythrocytes, hemoglobin, color index, SSE, leukocytes, monocytes, lymphocytes, rod and segmented neutrophils, basophils, and eosinophils), following conventional methods.Results of research and discussion. Analysis of hematologic indices shows that the cellular composition of blood is different at each season of the year. A significant decrease in hemoglobin content presented in the spring (117,61 ± 3,63g / l), compared with summer (139,49 ± 4,73g / l, p <0,01), autumn (134,35 ± 4.66 g / l, p <0.01) and winter (132.40 ± 4.95 g / l, p <0.05) in the blood test of dry cows. At the same time, the highest hemoglobin content compared with the low erythrocyte counts increased by 1.33 times (p <0.01), compared to spring. In summer the tendency of increased leukocytes to 10,33 ± 0,46 g / l was observed but remained within the limits of the physiological norm, and in autumn decreased to a minimum -8,33 ± 0,31g / l. Analysis of the leukocyte formula showed that in summer the highest percentages of lymphocytes (74.67 ± 2.40%) and basophils (2.58 ± 0.33%) were observed compared to other periods of the year.The content of segmented nuclear neutrophils was increased to 21.10 ± 1.24 % in spring months, to 20.25 ± 1.33 % in autumn, because of decrease of rod -nucleated neutrophils, in spring to 2.70 ± 0.46% and in autumn to 4.30 ± 1.02%, indicating a physiological change of the neutrophil formula to the left during these periods of the year. It is known that the number of eosinophils increases in stressful situations. Thus, a comparative analysis of the number of eosinophils in the blood of animals showed that their largest value in the leukocyte formula was in winter, and during the transition from winter to spring period, a significant decrease of eosinophil was found in 1.62 times (p <0.05).Conclusions and prospects for further research. The study of changes in the system of metabolichomeostasis of dry-lasting cows in the winter-stable periodis important in maintaining their productive and reproductivestate whereas this periodis one of the most difficult for thebody, as the most stressful factors: lack of exercise and solarinsolation; the action of potentially pathogenic microflora andincreased level of gassiness in livestock premises; possibleinsufficiency in the nourishment of vitamins and macromicroelements. The action of stress factors causes metabolic disorders,which often occur without visible clinical features.The indicators, which changing of the state of energy,protein, vitamin and mineral nutrition of the animal body,are necessary to determine during monitoring.The dynamics of total protein content was determined bythe biuret method, albumin – by the reaction of bromocresolgreen, the activity of alanine and aspartate aminotransferases(ALT and AST) – by the Reitman-Frenkel method, theactivity of alkaline phosphatase and phosphate phosphatasecarotene content – photometric method, total calcium content– complexometric method and carotene content – photometricmethod in the blood of deep-boiled cows during the winterstable content.A decrease in total protein content was indicated incows with fourth calving in a month before calving up to76.08±2.47 g/l. Incowswiththe 4th and 6th calving, theprotein level was the lowest, in relation to other experimentalgroups of animals, and was 76.08±2.47 and 76.43±2.97 g/l,respectively. The fractional spectrum of globulins tendedto decrease in cows from the second to the fourth calving.Absolute values of ALT activity in animals with 3rd,4 rd and6th calving were 2-fold (p<0.01) lower than in the 2nd and5rd. There was also a tendency to reduce AST in older cows,but a significant decrease compared to the second pregnancywas found only in animals of the sixth calving (about 20 %).The content of total calcium in the serum of drylasting cows of all experimental periods of calving wasbelow the normal line and ranged from 2.15±0.29 mmol/lto 2.30±0.19 mmol/l. The content of inorganic phosphoruswith an increasing number of calving in dry-lasting animalsgradually decreased from 1.83± 0.19 mmol/l to 1.63±0.16mmol/l and approached the minimum limit of normal. Thecalcium-phosphorus ratio in animals in the second and thirdcalving corresponded to the minimum allowable values(1.2: 1). Increases in carotene content were observed at thefourth (0.46±0.09 μM/l), fifth (0.53±0.08 μM/l) andsixth(0.74±0.10 μM/l) calving. The index of acid capacity tendsto increase in cows with the third (412.73±15.37 mm/l)andfourth (385.00±12.17 mm/l) pregnancy.
