Dexmedetomidine for Sedation During Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Abstract: Background:A clinical study was conducted to investigate the safety and efficacy of dexmedetomidine for sedation of patients undergoing routine upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy.
