The Chinese manufacturing industry faces many challenges to sustainable development. This study examines how transformational leadership, corporate culture, and digital transformation affect Chinese manufacturing organizations’ sustainability. It will also examine the moderating role of environmental dynamism and the mediating effect of innovation capabilities. A self-administered survey was distributed to 350 manufacturing companies’ owners, managers, leaders, and employees, etc. Participants were selected via convenient sampling. This data collection effort validated findings and empirically tested theories. Smart PLS structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), quantitative research, and cross-research are used in this study. The findings suggest that corporate culture, transformational leadership, and digital transformation significantly affect organizations’ sustainability. Innovation capability does not affect the relationship between corporate culture and sustainability. However, it mediates the relationship between transformational leadership, digital transformation, and business sustainability. Innovation capabilities and business sustainability performance are moderated by environmental dynamism. This study contributes to sustainable corporate performance theory by showing managers how transformational leadership, digital transformation, and corporate culture can help manufacturing companies grow indefinitely. The findings have major implications for China, a highly industrialized nation. This study could benefit regulatory authorities, academic institutions, industry, government agencies, and researchers.

This research explored the impact of implementing Tinkercad-assisted learning media on the learning outcomes of 11th-grade Electronics Engineering students at SMK Negeri 5 Padang, focusing on embedded system programming. Employing a quasi-experimental design with a Non-equivalent Control Group Design method, the study comprised an experimental group using Tinkercad and a control group undergoing traditional direct learning. The analysis of pretest and posttest data revealed a significant difference between the two groups, with the experimental group exhibiting an 11.5% improvement in learning outcomes. The hypothesis test, employing the t-test, yielded a t-value of 2.231, surpassing the critical t-value (1.708). Consequently, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. The study concludes that the implementation of Tinkercad-assisted learning media had a significantly positive influence on the learning outcomes of Electronics Engineering students. These findings contribute to both practical and theoretical understanding regarding the effectiveness of Tinkercad in enhancing student learning outcomes in embedded system programming. It is recommended that further emphasis be placed on integrating Tinkercad into the curriculum to enrich students’ learning experiences and elevate the overall educational quality at SMK Negeri 5 Padang.

Guru IPA perlu menguasai keterampilan menggunakan alat peraga Fisika untuk percobaan atau praktek tentang konsep Fisika yang diajarkan agar siswa semakin paham akan ilmu dan konsep Fisika yang mereka pelajari. Kebanyakan alat-alat KIT Fisika yang ada di sekolah jarang digunakan karena waktu guru terpakai lebih banyak dalam menyampaikan materi teori yang cukup banyak. Untuk itu penulis perlu memberikan ilmu pengetahuan melalui pelatihan di laboratorium untuk bagaimana para guru IPA dapat mengenal dan menerapkan penggunaan KIT Listrik supaya tahu nama dan fungsi dari komponen-komponen KIT Listrik yang digunakan dalam pengajaran di kelas dan para guru IPA bisa memanfaatkan KIT Listrik yang ada di sekolah mereka dalam pengajaran. Pelatihan pengenalan penggunaan KIT Listrik dilakukan di laboratorium Fisika Kampus III Universitas Bung Hatta yang dihadiri oleh beberapa guru IPA SMP swastadi kota Padang. Pelatihan yang dilakukan mendapat sambutan yang cukup baik bagi para guru yang hadir dan semua guru antusias dalam mengenal penggunaan KIT Listrik yang dijelaskan serta mereka ingin sekali menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan yang diberikan dalam pengajaran IPA Fisika Listrik nantinya bagi siswa di sekolah mereka, agar siswa lebih paham akan konsep listrik yang abstrak selama ini. Science teachers need to master the skills of using Physics teaching aids for experiments or practice on the Physics concepts being taught so that students understand more about the Physics knowledge and concepts they are learning. Most of the Physics KIT tools in schools are rarely used because the teacher's time is used up more in delivering quite a lot of theoretical material. For this reason, the author needs to provide knowledge through training in the laboratory for how science teachers can recognize and apply the use of the Electric KIT so that they know the names and functions of the Electric KIT components used in teaching in class and Science teachers can make use of the existing Electric KIT in their school in teaching. The introductory training on the use of the Electricity Kit was carried out at the Physics laboratory of Campus III, Bung Hatta University which was attended by several private junior high school science teachers in the city of Padang. The training was well received by the teachers who were present and all the teachers were enthusiastic about the use of the Electrical KIT described and they were eager to apply the knowledge provided in teaching Electrical Physics Science later for students in their schools, so that students would better understand abstract concept of electricity so far
