Determination of human absorbed dose of cocktail of 153Sm/177Lu-EDTMP, based on biodistribution data in rats

Abstract: The aim of this work was to estimate the absorbed dose due to compositional radiopharmaceutical of 153 Sm/ 177 Lu-EDTMP in human organs based on biodistribution data of rats by using OLINDA/EXM software. The absorbed dose was determined by the Radiation Dose Assessment Resource (RADAR) formulation after calculating cumulated activities in each organ.
