“…The standard uncertainties in the temperature and enthalpy of fusion are 0.5 K and 0.02 kJ mol −1 , respectively. Otherwise, it can be calculated by eq 24: 41 = Δ Δ T H S m fus fus (24) Where T m represent the melting point, Δ fus H, Δ fus S are enthalpy of fusion, entropy of melting, respectively. 3.4.2.…”

“…In addition, it can be found from Table S5 and Figure S1 of the Supporting Information that the dielectric constants of solvents, methanol, ethanol, and acetone, decrease with increasing temperature, which can describe the solubility’s evolution to a certain extent. The solubility of FOM-Na may also be affected by some other factors, such as hydrogen bonds, ionization constant, and surface tension of the different solvents and so on. …”

“…During experiment, the solubility data of bisacodyl in DMF, 1,4-dioxane, NMP, methanol, ethanol, n -propanol, isopropanol, 1-butanol, ethyl acetate, acetone, acetonitrile, and toluene were obtained by using the isothermal saturation method. Excess bisacodyl was added into a 50 mL jacketed glass vessel containing 30 mL of corresponding solvent. The temperature of the vessel was kept through circulating water, and the real temperature was displayed by using a mercury glass microthermometer, the standard uncertainty of which is 0.05 K. A reflux condenser was directly connected to the vessel to prevent solvent evaporation.…”
