Masa Pandemi COVID-19 menghabat seluruh komponen kehidupan, tidak terkecuali pelayanan kesehatan termasuk pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak di Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB). Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan layanan Maternal, Neonatal, dan Keluarga Berencana pada masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Praktik Mandiri Bidan yang ada berjumlah 52 PMB. Sampel yang digunakan PMB sebanyak 47 orang, data diambil menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert. Analisa data dengan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian bahwa PMB di Kabupaten Buleleng 82,98% melaksanakan layanan kehamilan dengan sangat baik, 100% melakukan layanan Persalinan dengan sangat baik, 97.87% melaksanakan layanan masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir dengan sangat baik, dan 76,59% melaksanakan pelayanan keluarga berencana dengan sangat baik, mengacu kepada standar pelayanan di masa pandemic covid-19. Maka, layanan Maternal, Neonatal, dan Keluarga Berencana dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik, sesuai standar pedoman dari Kemenkes, masyarakat mendapatkan layanan sesuai kebutuhan, klaster baru penyebaran covid-19 dapat dicegah khususnya di Kabupaten Buleleng.

During the pandemic, the demand for professionalism has become a new administrative workload for teachers in their academic careers. The biggest source of stress for teachers comes from the lack of administrative support; it amounts to 34% and is the number one cause of stress. For example, many teachers in Indonesia work in remote and geographically challenging areas far from the government offices that oversee them. This study examines the model and strategies for effective administrative services to support teachers in the new normal. A descriptive analysis was employed for the study. Data were collected from participatory observations and semi-structured interviews with 8 key informants at 4 education offices at a regency level. It was supported by an inductive analysis to answer the question related to the extent to which the online-based performance report service could reduce teachers’ workload and help for better recording of performance data. The findings implied that the online-based performance report service could reduce the problem in the direct or offline system of teacher administration services. The program will be successful under 3 main aspects of suitability: (1) between the program and its benefits, (2) between the program and the implementation, and (3) between the program and the implementing organizations. In conclusion, the online-based administration system will be effective if inhibiting factors are eliminated, including the long bureaucratic process and dual loyalty in our education sector. This study aims to analyze teacher performance from various perspectives, including a general description of teacher performance publications; trends; country; organization; source; authors, and the relationship between authors; and teacher performance research hotspots, both in international and Indonesian contexts. This study used the literature review method with data analysis using Vosviewer software. Scientific publication data comes from Scopus in 2003 – 2022 or the last 20 years as many as 393 documents. The findings of this study include the following: the publication of teacher performance in Scopus is still wide open; in the international context, the United States dominates the number of documents, citations, and sources; Indonesia ranks second after the United States even though it loses in the number of citations and links; new hotspots for developing research and publications on teacher performance include: decision support system, covid, attitude, values, authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, educative teacher performance, work discipline, job satisfaction, professional development activity, work motivation, compensation, educational reform, student achievement grade. This study is a source of decision-making for educational organization managers related to teacher performance research and development.
