Cloud Computing (CC) is an evolving information technology paradigm providing on-demand IT resources on a pay-as-you-go basis. A cloud computing service model called Software as a Service (SaaS) emerged to offers IT services, effectively utilise computing and power consumption while achieving performance, decreasing cost, and increasing revenue. However, the adoption rates of CC-SaaS among the organisations are inadequate, and its diffusion is not fully explored due to issues related to data security, privacy concerns and trust which affects the adoption of CC-SaaS. There is a lack of empirical studies investigating factors affecting the adoption of CC-SaaS from the organisational perspectives specifically in Iraq. Therefore, the primary aim of this study is to identify the most influencing factors for the intention to adopt CC-SaaS in Iraqi organisations. In order to meet the primary aim, such factors are reviewed and selected from the literature on a high frequency of occurrence and developed the proposed model. The result of the factors is validated by expert and the values of assessment are statistically analysed using SPSS for t-test analysis. The proposed model can give a guide for the decision makers to plan the successful adoption of CC-SaaS in the organisation

Enterprise architecture is very important to the public sector's IT systems that are developed, organized, scaled up, maintained and strategized. Despite an extensive literature, the research of enterprise architecture is still at the early stage in public the sector and the reason to explain the acceptance, as well as the understanding of the implementation level of EA services still remains unclear. Therefore, this study examines the implementation of EA by measuring the Malaysian public sector's influence factors of EA. Grounded by the Human-Organization-Technology (HOT-Fit) Model, this study proposes a conceptual framework by decomposing Human characteristics, Organizational characteristics and Technological characteristics as main categories in assessing the identified factors. A total of 92 respondents in the Malaysian public sector participated in this study. Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Square is the main statistical technique used in this study. The study has revealed that human characteristics such as knowledge and innovativeness to EA and technological characteristics such as relative advantage and complexity of EA influence its implementation by the Malaysian public sector. Based on the findings, the theoretical and practical implications of the study as well as limitations and future works are also discussed.

The Ministry of Defence in Malaysia has realized a lot of information technology venturing into the world of healthcare for armed forces. From time to time, the majority of these successful healthcare systems are increasingly aware of the extent and success of its operations. Along with IT growth, there is a need for excellent technical capability as well as integrated, centralized, comprehensive and intensive health information systems for armed forces in Malaysia. However, given the success rate in the application of transverse health information system is very high, it is significant to identify the user adoption factor to increase the success rate. Thus, this paper attempt to identify user adoption factors among the medical and clinical personnel’s which Malaysian Armed Forces Hospital and Clinics should keep in mind, to ensure the success of health record systems’ implementation. In this article, we propose our proposition for the clinician and medical personnel’s adoption model to answer our research problem.
