Design of Efficient Full Adder in Quantum-Dot Cellular Automata

Abstract: Further downscaling of CMOS technology becomes challenging as it faces limitation of feature size reduction. Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA), a potential alternative to CMOS, promises efficient digital design at nanoscale.
