This research article proposes a novel Smart Communication Platform (SCP) to improve the Quality of Service (QoS) parameters in real time by using MSP430F2618. A static network has been implemented with narrow band Internet of Things (IoT) architecture which contains 10 nodes. SCP performs tracking of environmental parameters like Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Proximity and light. A prototype has been developed by using Open source Red hat Linux 14.4 version and programmed in Embedded C.MSP430F2618 has been configured as master and slave nodes, the output is observed in a serial monitor and Gateway as well. The QoS parameters of MSP430F2618 and ESP8266 are compared in terms of power. The power consumption improvements of QoS (Quality of Service) analysis results are around 1.01mW has been seen with the experimental setup. These empirical results are much useful for wireless sensor network and IoT applications.

Now-a-days, fire accidents are occurring very frequently in public transport system which causes the loss of most valuable human lives and the government property. There are a number of methods to avoid fire accidents and to reduce the severity of loss in case of fire accidents in public transport system. But the damage is catastrophic as a rescue service could not reach at right time due to improper communication. So, we must further avoid and reduce the loss caused by fire accidents in buses. The main objective of our project is to detect the fire accidents and to inform the nearest respective authorities who can reach faster. Fire sensors are used to detect the fire when the crash or accidents caused. All the sensors are connected to a central controller whenever the fire is detected the controller activates the water sprinkles, sounds the alarms. A GPS module is integrated to the system through that the longitude and latitude of the location is send to the fire department authorities. Node MCU is used as the central controller in the proposed system. Final the data is send to the cloud through it will be available to all the govt. departments. Things speak cloud is used in the prototype.

Renewable energy appears to be the solution to both the continuously growing energy demand, and pollution from fossil-based fuels. Recent advances in big data means that crucial areas of the energy supply chain are of interest to the use of advanced analytics. Solar energy is one of the most important renewable energy sources; however, it is stochastic, leading to production volatility and making it difficult to dispatch. The European Commission provides the legal framework and guidelines for increasing the adoption of renewable technologies in the European Union (EU). Meanwhile, the research community must provide solutions for increasing the predictability of solar energy: successful integration depends on how well solar energy production is predicted. Working under the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining, using real word operational data, this research focuses on providing a foundation of the analytics capabilities needed for reducing, or even removing, the disadvantages of solar energy, demonstrating that a world-class predicative tool can be obtained. Using weather and production data from photovoltaic cells installed in Romania, as a case study, coupled with the powerful artificial neural networks (ANN) architecture, results in a benchmark prediction performance. Currently, there is no research addressing photovoltaic energy production prediction by integrating the impact of artificial intelligence and big data.
