DESEMPENHO DE PATOS (CAIRINA MOSCHATA) EM CONFINAMENTO SUBMETIDOS A DIFERENTES DENSIDADES DE ALOJAMENTO Performance of ducks (Cairina moschata) in confinement under different stocking densities

Abstract: Objetivou-se avaliar a influência de diferentes densidades de alojamento de patos em confinamento sobre o desempenho da produção de carne total, rendimento de carcaça e vísceras. Foram utilizados 160 patos crioulos com um dia de idade de ambos os sexos até os 90 dias de idade. Utilizou-se o delineamento experimental inteiramente casualisado com quatro tratamentos (densidades de alojamento) e quatro repetições.
