“…Prednisolone is helpful in combination with either sulphapyridine or dapsone. However, doses in excess of 20 mg daily are usually necessary when the drug is given alone (Frain-Bell, 1957;Kim & Winkelmann, 1961;Soifer, 1961;Grant, 1968;Alexander, 1975;Chorzelski & Jablonska, 1979).
