Der Einfluß eines an essentiellen Fettsäuren reichen Triglyceridgemisches auf die Cholesteringehalte von Blut, Leber und Gehirn der Ratte

Abstract: In einem Literaturüberblick wird auf den Zusammenhang von Cholesterin‐ bzw. Lipoidstoffwechsel und atheromatösen Gefäßerkrankungen eingegangen. Versuche mit weiblichen Albinoratten zeigen, daß unter dem Einfluß eines an essentiellen Fettsäuren reichen Triglyceridgemisches (“Anticholestan”) der Cholesterin‐Blutspiegel bei einer Hypercholesterinämie erzeugenden Diät auf die Normalwerte gesenkt wird.
