Defining Family Principle In Business Activities In Indonesian Legal System Based On Pancasila

Abstract

Abstract:-Business activities in Indonesia consider family principle as an important aspect because this principle is the character of Indonesian life. Family principle comprises two values, i.e. mutual assistance and deliberation, as a depiction of Pancasila, the ideology of Indonesian people. These two pillars have become the main characteristics of Indonesian culture, which has the value of collectivism. Other values are applicable in other legal systems in Indonesia, such as in a memorandum of understanding, as long as they are in line with the two values of family principle.

The learning model and the development of small medium enterprises in Indonesia
