Decision support system toward evaluation of resilient supplier

Abstract: Purpose Supplier evaluation is a part of logistic management. In the present era, resilient supply chain performance (RSCP) assessment of the vendor enterprise is respected as a hot topic. The purpose of this paper is to enable the managers to map the performance in percentage system and also enabling managers for identifying the weak indices-metrics, which need to be improved up to ideal or standard level and strong indices-metrics. Design/methodology/approach The authors found two research gaps via a liter… Show more

“…This poor quality of discharged water is the result of poor management of discharged food waste water. These pollutants are discharged either with intent or mistakenly into the environment, which are released straight or indirectly into public sewer lines, dumping yards, and reservoirs [ 1 ]. It is probed that heavy metals such as Pb, Cu, Fe, Ni, Hg, and Zn are found in food waste water.…”

“…Mousavi et al (2020) built an MCGDM model by interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to tackle a green supplier selection problem. Wang et al (2019) developed a fuzzy gain-loss evolutionary computational approach to evaluate the performance of a supplier in percentage. Olfat et al (2019) proposed a performance measurement approach based on the extended type-2 fuzzy network to determine the efficiency of distribution centers in fast moving consuming goods industry.…”

“…Various tests are conducted to assess the quantity of organic matters such as biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), and total organic carbon (TOC) involved in land waste water BSs. The physicochemical parameters, namely, pH, temperature, turbidity, BOD, COD, DO, TOC, conductivity, TDS, TSS, total alkalinity, sulphate, nitrate, phosphate, and heavy metal concentrations (iron, copper, lead, nickel, and zinc) are described by APHA (1992) and Guide Manual (Manivasakam N, 2011), ( [16][17][18], Wanga et al, [19], [20], Djafarou, et al, [21], Florencia et al, [22], Djafarou, et al, [21] Kumar et al, [23]. The authors made effort for the treatment of biosolids or sewage sludge for making it more suitable and feasible BS to be used for a real life application.…”
