Daya Terima Susu Bekatul Sebagai Pangan Fungsional

Abstract: Susu bekatul adalah produk susu yang berbahan dasar bekatul dengan menambahkan beberapa bahan tambahan untuk meningkatkan citarasa susu sehingga dapat disukai oleh masyarakat sehingga bekatul memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produksi dan daya terima panelis terhadap empat produk susu berbahan dasar bekatul yang telah dibuat.
