Cultivation and Nutritional Value of Prominent Pleurotus spp.: An Overview

Abstract: Pleurotus species are commercially essential mushrooms and widely cultivated throughout the world. The production of Pleurotus mushrooms alone accounts for around 25% of that total cultivated mushrooms globally.
